1) Shipping Costs:
Shipping will be given as a option to choose at checkout when you place your order.
Free Delivery is only available for mainland UK

Mainland UK Delivery: FREE
All International Shipping Charges are calculated by Weight and the thresholds are as follows:

Upto 0.5kg = £7.50; to 1.5kg = £14.50; to 2.5kg = £19.50; to 3kg = £24.50; to 5kg = £39.50; to 6kg = £44.50; to 10kg = £54.50; to 20kg = £75.00
c) Delivery Zone C - (Europe)
Upto 0.5kg = £9.50; to 1.5kg = £19.50; to 2.5kg = £24.50; to 3kg = £29.50; to 5kg = £49.50; to 6kg = £49.50; to 10kg = £64.50; to 20kg = £100.00
d) Delivery Zone D - (Rest of the World 1)
Upto 0.5kg = £12.50; to 1.5kg = £24.50; to 2.5kg = £29.50; to 3kg = £39.50; to 5kg = £59.50; to 6kg = £69.50; to 10kg = £79.50; to 20kg = £125.00
e) Delivery Zone E - (Rest of the World 2)

2) Delivery Timeframe
All UK deliveries have a variable shipping timeframe i.e. it may take 2-3 working days for delivery of gloves but a 4XL special order suit may take 10-20 days.
You will be given an accurate timeframe within 24 hours once your order has been placed. If you would like to know this in advance, please contact us with the full item description (including options you require) for a accurate shipping timeframe
As soon as your order is dispatched by us, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way with email titled 'Order Shipped'
We work in different time zones so you could receive the email during the day or at night.
Once shipped your order should be delivered within the timescale advertised. You can track most orders using the tracking number by logging into your London Leathers account. If this is not available at the time, please contact us to request a tracking number for your order.
3) Delivery Options
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we can not always deliver to a PO Box and Armed Forces addresses as the couriers we use sometimes do not deliver to these addresses so please ask us beforehand if your intention is to use a PO Box or Armed Forces address.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!
4) Import Tax (if outside the EU)
Import and Custom Tax Charges (only applicable to orders outside the EU) may be due (the courier will contact you directly for this) and it is your responsibility to pay this charge which varies country to country. Any charge incurred by us In the event of order cancellation or refund will be deducted from the refund amount issued.
We always do our best to help in minimising this and always send items marked as a 'gift where requested'.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel and will not be refunded by us in the event of a order cancellation or return and refund of order.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
